The PHH and SPHH categories provide food grains on a per capita basis. PHH card holders will receive 3 kg of rice per person, completely free. For flour, they will receive 1 kg 900 grams per person, or for wheat, they will receive 2 kg per person, all completely free. SPHH card holders will receive the same amount of food grains as PHH card holders.
The RKSY-1 category card holders will receive 5 kg of rice per person, completely free, while RKSY-2 card holders will receive 2 kg of rice per person, completely free.
